This policy explains what data we collect through deliv2me.com, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what rights you have.
1. Who we are
Deliv2Me™ is jointly operated by two affiliated companies, acting as joint controllers for the personal data collected through this site:
- SPACECORE SRL — IDNO 1017600023112, registered office: MD-2069, Chișinău, Buiucani, Mesager St. 1/3, Republic of Moldova. Responsible for the platform, technical support, and fiscal-invoice (e-Factura) billing for Enterprise/On-Premise customers.
- SPACECORE LTD — company number 11841328, registered office: 124 City Road, London, England, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. Responsible for card payment billing, processed via Stripe.
The relationship between the two companies is governed by an internal agreement. For any question about your data, you can contact us at [email protected].
2. What data we collect and why

3. Who receives your data
- SPACECORE SRL and SPACECORE LTD — see §1, as joint controllers.
- Stripe — card payment processing, only for customers who choose this method. Stripe's policy: stripe.com/privacy.
- The State Tax Service (SFS), Republic of Moldova — for issuing fiscal invoices (e-Factura), only for Enterprise/On-Premise customers paying by bank transfer.
We do not sell, rent, or use your data for third-party advertising purposes.
5. Hosting and international data transfers
The platform and the data collected through this site are hosted on Hetzner servers, in Germany (European Union).
Your data may be transferred between the Republic of Moldova and the United Kingdom, as part of the structure described in §1. The United Kingdom is not part of the European Union.
The transfer of data to SPACECORE LTD (United Kingdom) relies on the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, adopted between SPACECORE SRL and SPACECORE LTD — the mechanism provided for by Law No. 195/2024 for transfers to third countries, alongside adequacy decisions and binding corporate rules.
Card payment data is transmitted to Stripe, which may process data outside the Republic of Moldova, under its own privacy policy and security certifications.
6. How long we keep your data

As a data subject, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

- Right to erasure — to request deletion of your data, under the conditions of the law.
- Right to restrict processing.
- Right to data portability.
- Right to object to processing.
- Right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
