Terms and Conditions

1. Subject of the agreement

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern the use of the deliv2me.com website by visitors and users. The specific commercial terms of Deliv2Me™ subscriptions (the S/M/L/Enterprise plans — billing, cancellation, SLA) are subject to a separate service agreement, entered into at the time of subscribing — that agreement exists independently of these Terms and exclusively governs the subscription relationship.

2. Definitions

• “Site” — deliv2me.com and its language versions (Romanian/English/Russian).
• “We”, “the Company” — SPACECORE SRL and SPACECORE LTD, together, as described in §1 of the Privacy Policy.
• “You”, “the User” — any person accessing or using the Site.
• “Services” — the Deliv2Me™ software platform, offered by subscription.

3. Terms of use of the Site

• You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes.
• You may not extract Site content through automated means (scraping) without our written consent.
• We reserve the right to restrict Site access for anyone who violates these Terms.

4. Intellectual property

The Site's content (text, design, logo, the “Deliv2Me™” mark) is the property of SPACECORE SRL/SPACECORE LTD or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify this content without our prior written consent.

5. Limitation of liability

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without any express or implied warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SPACECORE SRL and SPACECORE LTD are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud or for damages that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

6. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Moldova. Any dispute arising from the use of the Site will be resolved by the competent courts of the Republic of Moldova, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
